Patrina Mack

Patrina Mack, Managing Partner of Vision & Execution, consults with established and emerging technology companies in the U.S., Europe, Russia and Israel. Ms. Mack works with clients to optimize their product and business strategy to enhance customer adoption and market penetration. She has more than 25 years experience in business-to-consumer and business-to-business product, marketing and operational strategy and implementation. Her industry expertise spans the Internet, cleantech, telecom, software, financial services, and consumer products.

Ms. Mack is a member of the Advisory Board for Innovation Center Denmark-Silicon Valley. She also serves as Western Regional Director for the Product Development and Management Association, and as Sustainability Mentor to CA Cleantech Open, and Advisor to TechCoire. She is a certified New Product Development Professional through the PDMA. In addition to her consulting practice she leads workshops and teaches courses in the areas of Green NPD: Design for the Environment, Leveraging Social Media for New Product Development, and Developing Products Customers Want to Buy.

Prior to founding her consulting practice in 1999, Ms. Mack was responsible for the global launch of NetGravity's SaaS solution. NetGravity, one of Forbes' ASAP Dynamic 100 Companies, introduced the first ad serving software. At her previous company, AirTouch, she was responsible for assessing and developing market opportunities for PCS wireless, international licenses and new services. Ms. Mack started her career consulting with Urban Wallace & Associates serving the consumer products and financial services industries.

Bob Donnelly

Bob Donnelly provides deep technical expertise to Vision & Execution. His 20 plus years experience in software development as an architect and designer provides a valuable and unique perspective for many of Vision & Execution's clients and technical projects. His extensive experience covers a range of disciplines including graphical user interface (GUI) design, database design, application development on a variety of platforms, and compilers. Bob's technical focus has frequently involved optimization and performance improvement. His web expertise includes web site design, emphasizing usability and search engine optimization.

Bob has held engineering and technical management positions in a number of high technology areas, including computers and software (Sperry, NCR, and Amdahl), database software (Esvel, Sand Technology, and Centura Software), EDA (Vantage Engineering, ViewLogic Systems), and VoIP telephony (Clarent). Bob received his Math and Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana.

Ilya Miroshnichenko

Ilya is a Strategic Advisor to Vision & Execution. In this role, he provides marketing and intercultural expertise to companies from the former Soviet Union. Prior to Vision & Execution, Ilya was a Principal at Bering Group, a marketing and business strategy consultancy. During his tenure at Bering Group, Ilya developed go-to-market plans and provided interim leadership to early stage companies.

Earlier in his career, Ilya held a variety of consulting and research positions with the International Monetary Fund, Kroll Associates, and Intermark Group. Ilya holds a BA in Intercultural Communications from Moscow State Linguistic University and a certificate in entrepreneurship from Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy.

Ilya is a Vice-President at AmBAR, a non-profit organization that provides an educational and networking platform for technology professionals with ties to the former Soviet Union.

Trish Hayes-Danitz

Trish Hayes-Danitz serves as a strategic advisor to Vision & Execution in the area of Materials Engineering. She is currently working on a M.S. in Materials Engineering at San Jose State University. She has worked in product development and operations management in both industrial and consumer markets in textiles. She holds a B.S. in Textile Engineering from Philadelphia University.

Gary Mendel

Gary Mendel serves as a strategic advisor to Vision & Execution in the areas of business development, sales and channel development. Additionally, Gary lends his deep domain expertise in the wireless carrier, handset OEM, mobile media, and enterprise software and services industries. His experience spans start-ups, new business units within established companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Gary's more than 20 years of executive sales and marketing experience includes positions with Sonopia, Sybase, Macromedia, Zi Corp., Sprint PCS and Airtouch, now Verizon Wireless. Gary has an MBA in Finance from Baylor University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University in Ohio where he majored in Marketing.
